Can't believe how quickly I received my package...next day delivery by yodel. The food is great quality, I wanted to upload a photo of the box as it says "Everything for your parrot " on the side and it couldn't be truer as my african grey has had an hour of fun destroying the box itself 🙄❤️ will continue to use Northern Parrots with confidence 😀

I have shopped at Northern Parrots for many years. I ordered food for my African Grey a couple of weeks ago but not long after the food was delivered a couple of hours later my Pepper passed away. I am absolutely heartbroken. He was 18 years old & he had been with us for 18 years. I contacted Northern Parrots about returning the food to them as the box hadn’t even been open. They were absolutely understanding & offered to take the food back. They even paid the pick up postage. I would recommend Northern Parrots for all Parrot needs. I am so grateful to Northern Parrots for everything they did to help. I am devastated at losing my parrot, he was one on he’s own. Maybe I will get another one in the future & if I do I will always shop with Northern Parrots.

Cannot recommend Northern Parrots highly enough. I changed my 3 year old budgie to a seed that I can only with this Company. The service is fantastic as it’s so quick. Placed an order on Friday and received an email later on that it would be delivered on Monday. The prices are so reasonable and I’ve noticed a huge difference in the seed as there is no dust in unlike a well known brand. The staff do an exceptional service.

First class service and products. The staff are always helpful and understanding. I have been purchasing from Northern Parrots for well over 20 years now. My only complaint is, which isn't their fault, is that my Nanday Conure loved Kaytee brand pellets, however these aren't available at the moment. She only had these mixed in with her Conure seed mix and loved their crunchiness, especially the green ones. I have just totally run out of the last pack I bought from another pet shop. So instead I now have to buy colourless, not crunchy Tops pellets which she doesn't really like. I have tried other brands but she curls her beak up at these unappetising, not crunchy pellets. I have tried Harrison's and others over the years but none of my birds would eat them. Please bring back KAYTEE!!!!!!Julia

Only use these guys and a local pet shop for my birds. Amazing selection, super competitive prices. Today I had my first issue with an order and the man on the phone sorted it immediately and without hesitation, and was very apologetic. I’m very impressed with how they handled the situation. Birds know when the post is for them and help unbox it as they are excited for their new treats and it’s my favourite part of any day seeing their excited little faces.

I've only used Northern Parrots online and can't fault them. I recently had an issue with an item I had bought and after sending proof to the team I was given a replacement. Its pretty clear that these guys really care about birds and I feel very comfortable knowing that the products I buy from them will be good quality and bird safe.

First time ordering from this company so wasn't sure what to expect. Couldn't be more happy I ordered it last night very late and it came this morning. The box was well sealed and everything inside it was expertly wrapped up tight in a layer of parcel paper and bubble wrap and packed in a good way so nothing got crushed. It really gives you a feel they care about their customers and animals products.Also they put a magazine and leaflet in which was lovely.Definitely will be ordering again and thankyou for the swift delivery and careful packing couldn't be happier with this service.

I have ordered from here a few times now, today blew me away! Their products are always much better than expected, I ordered the hammock for my AG and its HUGE! They also had a great buy one get one free offer, honestly, for the price you'd expect some poorly made mini toy, but no... you get large playable and well made toys.. even if my boy will destroy them 🤣 thank you!
